Here is a list of a few furnished accomodations members of the tourist office of Epinalfor the year 2008. These are situated in a surrounding of 13 miles around Epinal .
Allbeds are supplied with blankets or duvets. Household linen can also be provided on demand (from a 2 stars classification) with an additional charge.
Kitchen are equiped with all basics including dishes and flatwares.Stars show the level of quality for convenience (according to national standards set for the classification of furnished accomodation FOR tourism)(1)
As a general rule, the description given for the sleeping arrangement is a maximum that can'tbe exceed. Pets like cats and dogs are sometimes not admitted. Be aware to notify your pets before confirmation of your rental.
A 8.50 euro check paid to the order of "Trésor Public" is being asked in a matter of covering the cost to set up your contract.
A rental agreement to be signed and mentioning a deposit to be paid, will then be sent to you.
TERMS OF RENTING
Indicated prices for renting are net. Plan on additional charges (except if mentioned in the rental agreement) for combustible expenses such as water, gas, electricity and for household linen expenses if asked to the homeowner.
Rental periods start on the first day (Saturday) from 4pm to the last day (Saturday) at 10am.
DEPOSIT
The amount asked is a renting guarantee for the homeowner. If the applicant cancel its contract the deposit will only be reimbursed when an other rental agreement is signed on the same conditions.
INSURANCE
As a precaution, check on your home insurance contract or ask the advice of your insurance carrier to know if the guarantees (robbery, water damages,fire) of the following contract can also be applied to seasonal rentals.

2 stars (**) : for great confort.
3 stars (***): for high confort.
As stated in the decree of December the 28th in 1976 which was modified in the following decrees of November the 21st in 1989, January the 8th in 1993 and April the 1st in 1997 appointing the category symbols from 1 * up to 5* for furnished accomodations in accordance to their comfort and convenience.
